A native born Angeleno, double UCLA alum, renter, and union member, Joshua understands firsthand the challenges West Hollywood residents face—rising housing costs, instability in the creative and service sectors, and the need for stronger renter protections and long-term affordability.
Joshua has long been active in civic and political life, including co-founding the North Westwood Neighborhood Council, and participating in other Democratic housing, Jewish, and LGBTQ+ advocacy efforts across Los Angeles as well as statewide. Their work reflects a belief in community driven leadership and policies rooted in equity, data, and compassion.
Joshua believes West Hollywood Thrives When We Lead with Heart, champion workers and renters, invest in our future—and remain a beacon of inclusion, creativity, and progressive values.
